The new Xiaomi 14 were presented less than two weeks ago. But according to figures provided by Wall Street Insights, it only took 10 days for smartphones to become a sales success.
As revealed, the Xiaomi 14 will have sold 1.44 million units during the first 10 days on the market. This feat took place between October 31st and November 10th. For Xiaomi it is a record for its high-end equipment in the first 10 days of sales.
The interesting part is that Huawei and Honor have been leading the Chinese market over the past few weeks. But with this initial success of the Xiaomi 14, it led the domestic market during that period. Which is worth noting.
Xiaomi also took the moment to reveal that the 11.11 discount event was a real success. As revealed, 3 billion euros in revenue were achieved, also a record amount at this time.
Xiaomi 14 with Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 and 3000 nits screen
But what do the Xiaomi 14 bring to become an initial sales success? Above all good specifications for the price equivalent to 520 and 650 euros. To begin with, although with different screen sizes, both offer an unprecedented peak brightness of up to 3000 nits.
They are driven by the new Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor and come with Android 14 from the factory. In the cameras, both come with three 50 MP sensors, although in the Pro model we have variable aperture on the main sensor. Remember that these have Leica lenses.
With this launch, Xiaomi also hopes to conquer global markets in 2024. The Xiaomi 14 has everything it needs to be a success, at a time when the HyperOS interface debuts. But of course, everything will depend on whether or not they have the right price in our market.
