It will only be in 2025 that Apple will launch a new affordable version of its iconic smartphone, but rumors about this terminal have already started to circulate.
Apparently, the iPhone SE 4 will have a new design, similar to the iPhone 14, and will arrive with significant and very welcome updates.
iPhone SE 4 with 48 megapixel sensor and action button
A new affordable version of the iPhone will only be launched in the distant year 2025, but the Web world has already begun to buzz with rumors about the specifications included in the model.
According to the most recent news, the terminal will bring with it very attractive new features, starting with a primary rear sensor with 48 megapixels of resolution.
Although the new SE, in principle, maintains the single camera system on its rear panel, this is a very significant update compared to the current SE model, which has a sensor of just 12 megapixels.
But there is more and equally good. Rumors suggest that the 2025 SE will also feature the action button present on the iPhone 15 Pro. Remember that this button is customizable and provides quick access to various features.
The icing on the cake is that the new iPhone SE will be in line with the other models and will also include the universal USB Type-C connection.
New design similar to the iPhone 14
In turn, the MacRumors website is saying that the new SE will also have a renewed design. In practice, the affordable model will have a similar design to the iPhone 14, but with a modified version of the latter model’s chassis.
In other words, the iPhone SE 4 (or 2025) could be equipped with a 6.1-inch screen and a notch for the TrueDepth camera system, used for Face ID.
Furthermore, this model is still expected to register a weight of 165 grams on the scale. If the information is confirmed, the 2025 SE will be lighter than its predecessor, which weighs 144 grams, and is much less heavy than the iPhone 14, which weighs 172 grams.
